PUT AWAY THE FORMS AND USE THE APP
THAT UNDERSTANDS YOUR INDUSTRY
Solar Scope app is specifically designed for the solar PV industry! From setting up installations, capturing all the important solar system data required to managing projects ready to provide the required data by STC traders making your workflow more efficient.
Additionally to the installation functionality Solar Scope have been chosen to participate in the Clean Energy Regulator CERSolar Panel Validation Pilot Program. The app provides selected installers and retailers to validate solar modules for each installation knowing that modules are approved for Australia with all the relevant warranties. We are participating in the CER pilot and working closely with other industry players. If you'd liked to know more about the pilot and how the app help contact us.
In late 2017 the app will also provide something new and exciting for the solar industry, a specific workflow for those users who do inspections and assessments of exisiting installed solar systems.
Start a Project
Set up an install quickly within the app or for large teams installation project can be set up from the backend ready for your installers to capture site data and complete the project then submit the work log.
Geotag & Stamp it
These days it's not enough just to take photos of your completed work. Knowing where, when and what direction photos were taken provides so much more information to know exactly how a job looked when completed for a client. It's like extra insurance!
Photos geotagged ✓
Photos time stamped ✓
Photos stamped with direction ✓
Photos stamped with GPS coordinates ✓
Tag photos with descriptions of all relevant assets, connections installed so they're easy to find and for compliance. Photo descriptions can be checked via the photo gallery or in the backend and changed if not selected correctly.
Scan Serial Numbers
For speed you can serial numbers on modules while taking a photo at the some time. Serial numbers scanned and under each array making it easy to highlight should there be an issue that requires a warranty claim.
Quick Model Finder
When scanning modules the app searches available datasets to give the installer the model type and manufacture saving time on site.
Separate Array Details
Capture orientation (azimuth), pitch and altitude of solar arrays.
When work is completed on site a log is captured with any specific details the installer chooses to enter as well as being timestamped. Any future visits to the site for additional work can be captured with relevant changes.
Once the work log has been entered the project can be submitted to the Solar Scope backend for reporting etc.
Backend - Set up, Review, Report
For retailers and larger installer teams your internal staff can assist your field installers teams with setting up installation projects ready for your team to go out and do the work. Once work is completed and submitted, the installed assets can be reviewed and generate a report for the project.
